Check for abnormalities in releasing brakes on individual axes
After removing the motor power (motor OFF), use the brake manual switch to check whether the brake on the relevant axis is released.
This can be confirmed by the sound made by the motor when the brake is released.
Warning Be careful as the robot axis may fall when the brake is released. |

Location of brake manual release switch
If the brake of the relevant axis is not released, you must check the brake release voltage output status of the system board.
Remove the brake wiring (CNB2, CNB7, CNB8 connectors) and use the manual brake switch to output brake voltage.
Measure whether the brake voltage of the relevant axis is output at 20V or more at the CNB2, CNB7, or CNB8 connector.
If any axis outputs voltage less than 20V, replace the system board (BD530) as it is malfunctioning.
